Dear Sir/Madam,


As you can see from my enclosed resumé, I completed successfully my three year culinary training in Restaurant Gutshof (Kassel, Germany) four years ago. Thereupon I worked in Hotel Adlon Berlin as commis de cuisine and was basically responsible for catering and banquet.

To gain more work experience I left Berlin and went to Basel with the aim to work in one of the most famous hotels in Europe - „Drei Könige am Rein”. Directed by two michelin star chef Jean-Claude Wicky I prepared exclusive haute cuisine in the gourmet restarant Rôtisserie des Rois. Afterwards - in the gourmet restaurant Les Quatre Saisons in Basel (Mercure Hotel Europe) I got the chance to work as Chef de Partie. My main task was working in the area of banquet. My work experience has familiarized me with the preparation of all types of hot and cold dishes.

I would consider myself to have good skills in working with people and to show a high degree of creativity, engagement and team spirit. I especially enjoy creating modern and healthy
delicacies. My knowledge of language skills in German, Russian will may be valuable to you. Although my english skills are not well yet I already attended an Oxford-English-Course in Basel and spare no effort to improve them as soon as possible.
